| BEAUTY THEREPY |
| The term Beauty Therepy generally refers to
the different treatments related to physical beauty comprising of
skin, hair and nails etc. It is also known as cosmetology. The
professionals performing such duties are called cosmetologists or
beauticians or estheticians who have thoroughly specialized in the
beauty therepy. Urban population has now grown more cautious about
their physical appearance and personality developments which have
induced more and more beauticians or beauty therapists offer
advanced and contemporary services through their beauty salons.
Every salon has something unique to offer to its customer. Beauty therepy usually refers to the treatment of skin, hair and nails basically, but does not constrain to hair cutting, facials, massaging, manicures, pedicures, applying artificial nails, hairstyling, shampooing of hair, applying cosmetics, hair removal, chemical treatment for hair relaxers or strengtheners, permanent waves, coloring or highlighting of hair and hair extension or wig treatments. However, there are some sub-categories also in each of these sections. Different Beauty Therepy Course: There are many different types of courses related to beauty therapy. The intending person can go for any or all of them depending on his personal caliber and efficiency. The various courses that are most commonly conducted include: Applying safe working practices, designing and applying make-ups for photo sessions or specific occasions, designing and applying remedial concealment, body treatments, aesthetic aromatherepy treatments, nail arts – nail care & decor, manicure & pedicure, different facial treatments, lash & brow treatments, bridal make-ups and so on. Beauty therapy also involves use of various contemporary equipments and apparatuses that require proper and systematic operational trainings. |
